Pistachio and dried barberry through a mastic cream, finished with a barberry dusting that turns the whole square red. Barberry is a small, sharply sour red berry — it stops the sweetness before it becomes too much.

Made fresh and production-dated, in the same kitchen and the same week as everything else that carries the name.

Contains pistachio. Made in a kitchen that also handles macadamia, hazelnut and almond, so cross-contact cannot be excluded.
